Synergy will be hosting a Friday afternoon BBQ for PBJ Fest. Not only will they be bar-b-cueing but you'll also have a chance to check out their impressive facilities and industry leading Jeep suspensions and offroad accessories. We will meet at Synergy Manufacturing (870 Industrial Way b, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401) from 12 noon - 2 pm and then head out via caravan to the TV Tower Trail Head in Santa Margarita (about 25 minutes away) for a scenic Jeep Trail Ride. TV Tower is a very easy well maintained out and back trail. We'll park at the top TV Tower for a scenic view then return down TV Tower Road to go to Pismo Beach.
Safety is number one and Jeeping is an inherently dangerous sport. We will lead a group of newbie Jeepers into the Dunes to discuss various topics such as- airing down, driving on the dunes, speed tips, how to navigate a bowl, recovery options, and what to do in case of a rollover.
Let's hit the dunes and spin some tires. We will start staging at the main Event Campsite near Post 5 to wheel in Oceano Dunes. There will be a general orientation and overview of logistics, safety, & Tread Lightly expectations. Different groups will be lead out by a designated trail leader to wheel in the dunes. We'll head out at 10:30am and be on CB channel 15.
We will be offering Kids the opportunity to create custom Jeep Stencils with construction paper and finger paint (these would make a great Father's Day present). Please meet near the registration about 1:30 for the Kids Krafts event. Ages from 4-11, but any kids are welcome, even big kids who drive Jeeps.
Head out into the dunes with your Pooches! We love dogs at Jeep Beach West and want to get together to head out as a group. As always please clean up after pets and ensure they are properly secured and safe throughout the weekend.
Plan to get together to speak "Jeep" and show off our rides and mods, share suggestions and ask questions. We will start gathering about 4:30pm at the main camping area. Please head to the blue canopy tent for registration packets if you haven't picked them up. Packets include product giveaway ticket, stickers and a voting slip. Please place the ticket in the jar with the product you want. If your number matches, you'll get the prize. After viewing the jeeps, cast your vote for best of show. There will be a vote for best of show, for each class- leaf sprung and coil sprung. Register for the Hill Climb Challenge on Sunday. About 6:00pm, we will begin the product giveaway. For anyone gathering trash on the beach, we will give away a Trasharoo to who collects the most trash
After you Jeep's been flexing all day, you should too. Even better, flex with fellow Jeepers during Sunset Yoga. Jessica Sousa, a leading certified yoga instructor and Jeep enthusiast will start the day right. Jessica Sousa, from Modesto, California, has been specially trained in Vinyasa/flow, power/strength, and Kids yoga styles although she teaches and is trained in all forms of yoga. Our session will be somewhat of a mix of a a vinyasa flow and a deep relaxation class. Plan to keep it light and fun while also challenging our bodies. Sunset will be at 6:40pm.

We will line up just North of line up North of the dumpsters 35.09314, -120.63011 . Look for the Jeeps. There is no line up order. The route will be a loop North returning back to Sand Highway entrance. After the parade, feel free to wheel in the dunes, join the hill climb, hang on the beach, or head back home.
